Chakra Healing Meditation: Color Aqua for Relief and Release

Remember Your Aqua Aura Questions...

- Relax, and do some deep tummy breathing
- several deep breaths…
- let your arms and shoulders feel like melting wax, softening and warm…
- let your legs and thighs feel heavy where you sit…
We are beginning the Breathing Ritual that will take you on your Journey to Iy's Realm of Message where you will release your pent up guitlt, feel free and have some real play.
- See nothing but swirls of the silvery gray mists before your mind's eye
- softly and quietly, relax
- move all over for a last release of tension
- Breathe a deep Breath of the Moment with me and deeper we go
With the next breath the mists begin to swirl and dance away and you find yourself
arriving at the seaside Pavilion on Isle Vaide.
Golden sands shimmer in the sunshine; the frothy waves rush in and play then sweep back out again as you stroll along the beach so happy to see the bright blue-green crystal waters of life.
Feel the warmth of the sun ease away the ache of burdens from your shoulders.
Walk through the waters... strongly plough your legs along... skip along the sands... dance with the waves!
Now run... twirl... PLAY... and feel the laughter begin to bubble up...
Let it giggle out of you in a squeal and shout!
Yell your release into the wind!
Shout out, "I need play time! And I'm taking it!"
Without it we fizzle out and are in danger of loosing happiness.
You need to ask to be pampered.
There! See that glorious silky tent Pavilion up ahead?
Go there and ask whom ever you find for a fine luxurious oil massage.
In this brightly colored tent, lounging on the soft pillows, here is a gift for you and you deserve it. Aqau Realm is all about receiving gifts...
The comfort level is just right; the temperature is perfect.
Feel yourself receiving the wonderful gift of being touched.
Focus on the warm oil being massaged into each part of your body... one at a time... slowly, especially the neck and shoulders.
Don't rush.
The Iy oil is poured on and soaks into your body as all the "stored " duty and responsibility, real and imagined, are worked out of your muscles and nerves.
Guilt is leaving and resentment flies away.
Let this release move slowly and purposefully; slowly and purposefully.
In your deep relaxation you faintly hear the voice of Iy, who has stopped in to check on you. She says, "Rest on, Young One, Rest on"; and then her voice fades away into your freeing reverie.
Then, when you are done, thank your caregiver for what you have received and venture out to play some more in the waves dressed as you please... or not.
Look! Up ahead in the waters! A bottle is washing up on shore!
How exciting!... Run! Catch it!
There is a message inside. Take out the paper and read it. Read it and believe it. Read it, beleive it and remember it.

When done, close down the scene completely with the swirls of silvery gray mists and end your session. Take your time coming back; write in your Journal especially note the Message in the Bottle.
