Energy Healing Meditation: Color Gray for Rest

What are some of the things that are happening in your life right now...?
- Do I feel Lost and Abandoned?
- What is the wound in my life?
- What are the toxins... bad patterns?
- Do I need Rest? Do I want to Escape?
- Am I avoiding the truth?
- Relax, and do some deep tummy breathing
- several deep breaths…
- let your arms and shoulders feel like melting wax, softening and warm…
- let your legs and thighs feel heavy where you sit…
We are beginning the Breathing Ritual that will take you on your Journey to Brymn, the Realm of Muzzy, where you will admit your hurts and know that sometimes the world is just too strong for you.
With the next breath the mists begin to swirl and dance away and you find yourself
- See nothing but swirls of the silvery gray mists before your mind's eye
- softly and quietly, relax
- move all over for a last release of tension
- Breathe a deep Breath of the Moment with me and deeper we go
entering the dismal Swamp of Muzzy in Brymn.
Instead of going through the Water Fall cave to Journey onward, there is a small bridge; cross it and follow the path through the darkening swamp.
Find the Gray stone cottage as your pathway becomes completely fogged over and your direction confused and unclear.
Hear the door creak as you enter.
You are overwhelmed. Take refuge and hide yourself away here.
See that the fire is simply smoldering, smoking with very little heat or flame, isn't that much the way you feel?
See the cloak, fuzzy-soft and gray lying across the chair, which faces the fireplace.
As you pick it up, think about why you feel the way you do... the wound which is hurting just now...
Take your time...
and honestly identify your deep woundedness right now. Don't push it away or try to avoid it...
In your Meditation, sit down, wrap up in the cloak and write the reason for your malaise in the little journal book there.
There is no need to do anything about it.
Write it down now, so later you will not be able to deceive yourself, and pretend that you are fine with having that "old wound".
When in Muzzy, the real wound surfaces.
It is the one which you are ready to face when you get back to feeling like yourself, but right now, you need to admit it and accept the fact that you can do nothing to change it or fix it... right now.
This is a very important step of your Journey-Quest; it is your quest.
Wrap up in the cloak, identify the deep cause, write it down then set it aside and hide away… in the gray deep-swamp cottage… rest deeply… close your eyes… retreat into the grayness…admit that there is too much chaos now to deal with this issue in any way… too much Confusion.
When you are done, completely close down the scene with the swirls of silvery gray mists and end your session.
Take your time coming back; be sure to write the cause in your Journal. You will probably not feel much better. However, you must learn that this Chaos, too, is a part of the Journey and you are not in charge of things... for the moment.
