I ship by US Postal Service-1st Class, Priority Mail and Flat Rate Priority for orders in the USA.
Usually orders ship within 48hrs.
Orders being shipped outside of the Continental 48 states of the USA,
will be charged the amount necessary to get your order to you through the USPS and Customs.
You will be contacted by e-mail to approve the amount and to send the extra amount through Pay Pal first then we will ship your order.
Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery of your shipment once the package leaves the United States.
Also we cannot control whether customs will delay your order or for how long. You may be charged an import duty on your purchase and this varies from country to country.

Return Policy
- broken or damaged? ...may be returned for a full refund
- including original and return shipping by item
- notify us immediately by e-mail at: calya@old-earth.com
- we will e-mail you a special RMA code
- Refund will be issued to card used for purchase through Pay Pal when we receive the goods
Other Returns will be accepted if you have e-mailed us for a
Returning Merchandise Authorization code,(RMA), within five(5) days of the receipt of goods.
- Original shipping is not refundable
- Items with safety seals, such as CDs, and oils,
will not be accepted for return if the seal is broken

Cancellation
Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund through Pay Pal to the card
used to place the order. If the order has shipped you will be refunded cost of merchandise only and must then follow
